Nathalie Barusta Gäbel is a Senior Creative with 15+ years of experience shaping brand identities across fashion, interiors, music, and culture. Her expertise spans brand strategy, identity, campaigns, storytelling, product design, and creative leadership.
She sees creativity as a way to cut through complexity – finding ideas that feel inspiring, surprising, and true. Nathalie believes in layered storytelling that carries meaning, invites engagement, and stays with people. Whether launching a brand, building a platform, or creating a campaign, she shapes narratives that feel alive, relevant, and culturally attuned. Creativity, for her, is both instinct and discipline: guided by curiosity, strategy, and a sharp eye for visuals that are intentional, expressive, and forward-looking. She combines cultural intuition with strategic insight – creativity guided by both instinct and clear direction.
As Creative Director at Postery, Nathalie transformed the company from a niche online poster retailer into a globally recognised interiors brand. Over three years, she led a complete rebrand, developed a full product range, and initiated collaborations with brands such as H&M Home, Maison Matisse, Smiley Company, Apple Corp. (Beatles), and Moomin – aligning creative vision with business objectives and cultural relevance.
Earlier, she worked at Kokokaka, an agency known for pairing creativity with technological innovation to pioneer digital storytelling. During this time she contributed to campaigns for premium brands including Burberry, Louis Vuitton, and COS, an experience that sharpened her understanding of brand communication – where precision and innovation meet cultural awareness and the ability to spark emotion.
She is dedicated to guiding and mentoring creative teams, building collaborative environments that spark innovation while ensuring cohesion. Originally from Sweden, Nathalie holds an MFA in Design and Visual Communication from the Academy of Design and Crafts in Gothenburg.
